  6. EAPCET Receipt Of Certificates in original issued by CET convenor
  7. SSC/CBSE/ICSE Memorandum of Marks
  8. Intermediate Memorandum Of Marks
  9. Bonafide & Conduct Certificates (of last six years)
  10. Transfer Certificate (Intermediate)
  11. Equivalence Certificate(If applicable)
  12. Migration Certificate(If applicable)
  13. Community Certificate(Xerox)
  14. Income Certificate(Xerox)
  15. Aadhar Card(Xerox)
  16. Gap Certificate(If applicable)
  17. EWS Certificate(If applicable)
